It was already interesting to see that someone had a recipe for taco cupcakes but upon reading it, the first thing we noticed was that they use wonton wrappers as the base. The wonton wrapper allows for a chewy yet crunchy element to hold whatever fillings you want. From there you can include beans, any meat and of course cheese.
