We’ve posted a number of stories related to gun violence and gun control here in the United States as of late. As debates and legislation reform continues we usually hear of people asking if other countries have the same issues or fascination with guns? Are people as attached to their guns in other places? So it was rather interesting when we saw this clip. A new Mexico City program allows people to exchange guns for electronic devices. CNN’s Rafael Romo reports.
