LA Weekly runs a quick book review of John T. Edge’s newest publishing as well as features a recipe with the write-up. Edge basically collects a number of recipes from food trucks all across the United States. Edge also includes supplemental highlights for different entries in the book that point out other footnotes like portion, taste comparisons, etc. Check out LA Weekly for all the fun details. We’re thinking we’ll take a look at this book…it would be fun to make some entrees from food trucks we can’t just search around town for.
