Killing Eve star Sandra Oh has made history as the first woman of Asian descent nominated for an Emmy as lead actress in a drama series. As the actress has been nominated for 5 supporting actress Emmy’s for Grey’s Anatomy in the past, this is her first as a lead.
Sandra told The Hollywood Reporter, “I’m absolutely thrilled. I feel my community at all times; I am my community at all times. I have joy not only for the show and myself and family, but also for my community. Hopefully my community can feel like they have representation as well.”
