Join Us This Weekend for the Art Benefit for Skateistan

In recent years the California sub-culture of skateboarding has become globally accepted and the sport itself has been able to provide positive outlets for today’s youth. This event looks to further such things by bringing skate parks to places like Cambodia.

The Art Benefit For “Skateistan

This Sunday, March 31st 2013, (“3.31.13”) artists and the skate community are coming together to raise money and awareness for Skateistan. An awesome and inspiring organization that builds skate parks in Kabul and Cambodia for kids. It continues to amaze us how global the skateboard culture has become and the positive things it is able to bring to the world’s youth.

Also our friend Azul 213 and his Peace Photo Project will be active here during this Easter Sunday! Come get your portrait taken after church, brunch, etc. This is a great place to bring the family and kids too! LA’s fave pop-up IMIX Bookstore will be there as well. Join many of the West Coast’s creative community for a great cause! See you there!!!
